1 Review of Adrian Cristea

My best friend walked into this dealership excited to buy a used Mercedes, and what should have been a great experience turned into one of the most frustrating and dishonest encounters I’ve seen. We had a a used Mercedes, and what should have been a great experience turned into one of the most frustrating and dishonest encounters I’ve seen. We had already seen this exact car listed at their sister store (BMW, same Morgan Auto Group) for $52k, where it sat for over 100 days without selling. Instead of pricing it competitively, they moved it to Land Rover, jacked it up to $55k, and then tried to sneak in another $3k in pointless add-ons. When we showed them their own listing as proof, they initially acted like they’d work with us—but the second they realized it was from their own sister store, they completely shut down and refused to even budge $1. So let’s be clear: one dealership in their group was willing to take a loss to move a stale car, but this one would rather play games and insult the buyer’s intelligence. On top of that, the salesperson Adrian was unbelievably condescending. He kept insisting we must be financing even after being told multiple times it was a cash deal. It was patronizing, dismissive, and honestly embarrassing for the dealership. And let’s talk about the bigger issue this outdated, arrogant sales culture. The way they treated a woman buyer like she didn’t understand pricing or negotiation was obvious and unacceptable. When confronted with their own pricing tactics, instead of owning it, they doubled down and refused to negotiate out of pure ego. These cars are already sitting on the lot for months, and it’s not hard to see why. Buyer beware this dealership plays games, inflates prices, and treats customers with zero respect More
