Everything from how the car functions to the process of how the safety features worked was explained so thoroughly and in a easy to understand way. Alex made us realize we definitely wanted an Audi. Nick then took over assisting us in our search of a used car. The patience Nick showed and genuine concern for our needs was unmatched. We felt very comfortable with him, and he was so determined to help us find exactly what we wanted. Start to finish we were so blessed with everyone who helped us in the process.
