They bend over backwards to sell you the car but after it is delivered no one will help you. It is amazing how 5 days in a row no manager was available to return my email or phone calls. My car was deliver is delivered no one will help you. It is amazing how 5 days in a row no manager was available to return my email or phone calls. My car was delivered with not being detailed, took forever for them to pay my trade in off and they owe me a small refund and not one person has addressed it. My new registration took well over a month. I finally did take my car in for service and they detailed it but as per the sticker still did not get my full tank of gas. I have texted my sales person and no reply. More

Pros: -Very friendly and helpful staff. They will work with you to make sure you leave happy. -Flexible with discounts and trade ins. They will give you a very good price on your trade in. The listed price for the vehicle I went in to look at was $15,000, but I missed the one line in the long description that said “price reflects $6000 downpayment”. They only listed it at that price to catch your eye. -When I test drove the car, I noticed that it pulled to the right and mentioned to the salesman that it might need a wheel alignment. He said that al the cars are inspected and touched up before being put on the sales floor, and that the wheel alignment should be fine. After purchasing the vehicle and driving it for a couple hours, it DEFINITELY needs a wheel alignment. More

Horrible dealership, over two months to off a payoff note from trade in. They will never return your phone calls or give you a straight answer once you return to the dealership for answers. While the car buying process was fine, the follow up to get my license plates was awful. After one month of not getting my license plates/receiving an update, I called and did not receive a phone call b get my license plates was awful. After one month of not getting my license plates/receiving an update, I called and did not receive a phone call back, even though I was told I would receive one in a couple of hours. I ended up calling almost 40 times over the next month and received only 1 phone call back. Every time I spoke with the person at the front desk, she was short with me and disrespectful. I spoke with the finance manager and he too never provided a sufficient update. Every time I spoke with him, the only update was "the DMV was still working it", even though towards the end of the month he shared they actually hadn't even started working it until that point. It was an extremely painful process with terrible customer service. More
