The listed price for the vehicle I went in to look at was $15,000, but I missed the one line in the long description that said “price reflects $6000 downpayment”. They only listed it at that price to catch your eye. -When I test drove the car, I noticed that it pulled to the right and mentioned to the salesman that it might need a wheel alignment. He said that al the cars are inspected and touched up before being put on the sales floor, and that the wheel alignment should be fine. After purchasing the vehicle and driving it for a couple hours, it DEFINITELY needs a wheel alignment. More

While the car buying process was fine, the follow up to get my license plates was awful. After one month of not getting my license plates/receiving an update, I called and did not receive a phone call b get my license plates was awful. After one month of not getting my license plates/receiving an update, I called and did not receive a phone call back, even though I was told I would receive one in a couple of hours. I ended up calling almost 40 times over the next month and received only 1 phone call back. Every time I spoke with the person at the front desk, she was short with me and disrespectful. I spoke with the finance manager and he too never provided a sufficient update. Every time I spoke with him, the only update was "the DMV was still working it", even though towards the end of the month he shared they actually hadn't even started working it until that point. It was an extremely painful process with terrible customer service. More
