The experience was amazing and the salesman who helped us through the process were very helpful. I would highly recommend other customers to come and give them a chance to get you into the vehicle of your dr through the process were very helpful. Not happy at all I explaining to Muhammad I did not like the car I wanted something different and more affordable this car is not worth the money being spent is very sluggish not my type of car. The miles s the car I wanted something different and more affordable this car is not worth the money being spent is very sluggish not my type of car. The miles seems to be rolling way to fast. I had the car like 4 days and it already at 100 miles and it's such a basic car that its not my best first new car and I would NOT recommend ever getting this base model car to anyone. and the way Gardena Nissan employees kind of bullied me into this car with out trying to make the process enjoyable I would never ever go back after buying 3 cars from Gardena Nissan in the pass this is and will be my last one ever! Ken-g- was very kind its like he gets you the car he hopes you like but Muhammad did not make the best choices he just stuck us in any car and this was not it! Then they gave me the car with more miles then when I purchased the car it had 7 miles when I got back to pick up the car it had 18 miles and very dirty and still is! Sorry not the best experience. When we first started the car was one price then he got me a lower APR but the price is still a lot of this SUPER basic car! My very first new car and worse experience ever with buying a car! Women please always take a man or know how to shop cause these dealers do not help the women! Sorry to say! More

Good evening. Unfortunately, I did encounter a large problem after my car was serviced. My battery was not secured and I only discovered this only when I arrived h Unfortunately, I did encounter a large problem after my car was serviced. My battery was not secured and I only discovered this only when I arrived home, and decided to investigate the source of a new rattling sound. I opened up the hood of my car and found that the battery was completely loose, and none of the arms that secure it in place, were bolted on. Because, your service is quite far, I took it to the closest mechanic who was able to fix it, and they warned me that it could have had catastrophic consequences, if the battery would have been free to move and could have potentially disconnected itself while i was driving. They said it was a huge risk to my life and the life of my child driving with me! I just wanted to inform you of this, as it is unacceptable, in my opinion. More
