Working with Adam and Jay, was an absolute pleasure. I had a number in mind before I walked into the dealership, and they hit the mark! No need for any back and forth. Adam was fantastic in walking me through my new F150, and answering any questions that popped into mind. Taking delivery was a breeze! Paperwork was all completed in about 15 minutes at most the day before, and the truck was set up, registered, washed, waxed, full tank of gas the next morning! Adam set up my first service date, and made sure to introduce me to the service department staff! I can’t recommend Columbia Ford more! And I definitely can’t recommend Adam and Jay nearly to the level they deserve! More
