Every time I come in they want to do an inspection. I’m there for a oil change only. I tell not to inspect the truck and they still do and then I get the famous scam “ your air filters need replaced”. At t there for a oil change only. The service was slow. The service adviser did tell me that they were running 45 min behind a hour after my appointment. Then he keeps proceeding to tell me it will be done in 5 min. Half an hour later he has me cash out and tells me they will bring my truck around. Half hour later I am waiting in the drop off area when a technician ask me if I need help. I tell him I’m waiting on my truck. He checks and tells me it’s still on the rack. So they keep telling me just a few more minuets just to appease me and then blame it on the services techs “ they must have been sidetracked by talking”. Almost 3 hours later for a oil change I have my truck. I was given a discount because I had to wait so long for my truck. Funny with the discount the cost was the same cost that was quoted me before they even started. More
