Every time I come in they want to do an inspection. I’m there for a oil change only. I tell not to inspect the truck and they still do and then I get the famous scam “ your air filters need replaced”. At t there for a oil change only. I tell not to inspect the truck and they still do and then I get the famous scam “ your air filters need replaced”. At this point I don’t care stop looking for stuff to upscale me. The service was slow. The service adviser did tell me that they were running 45 min behind a hour after my appointment. Then he keeps proceeding to tell me it will be done in 5 min. Half an hour later he has me cash out and tells me they will bring my truck around. Half hour later I am waiting in the drop off area when a technician ask me if I need help. I tell him I’m waiting on my truck. He checks and tells me it’s still on the rack. So they keep telling me just a few more minuets just to appease me and then blame it on the services techs “ they must have been sidetracked by talking”. Almost 3 hours later for a oil change I have my truck. I was given a discount because I had to wait so long for my truck. Funny with the discount the cost was the same cost that was quoted me before they even started. More

The service department was outstanding! They were booked and short staffed due to the pandemic and still made the time to check my car to make sure it safe for driving.
