CAVEAT EMPTOR: Let the buyer beware. Bottom line: I'm out almost $18,000, have no title, and a vehicle that has been deemed not "road safe." During my dealing with Fairway Ford,they've a Bottom line: I'm out almost $18,000, have no title, and a vehicle that has been deemed not "road safe." During my dealing with Fairway Ford,they've acted unprofessionally. unethically, dishonestly, and in bad faith. There are too many problems with the transaction and the vehicle to list here, but let it be known that even though I paid them in cash on November 5, 2015, I still do not have title to the vehicle. I've already filed a complaint with the State of Illinois Attorney General and will post updates as I receive them. If you would like to know specifics, please let me know. I will happily share my experience if it helps someone else avoid making the same mistake I made. If any attorneys read this and care to help, please contact me. More

We were very specific on the color of the interior and exterior. Phil found one in Sheboygan,Wi. and had it picked up. Adam made sure we were happy with the price and trade and all went very smooth. This is our sixth car we have bought from Fairway and that should speak volumes on the service we get from not only the sales department but the service department is the best. I wouldn't take my car any place else.. I also want to thank Ford for the zero per cent loans, that saves us a lot of money. M.Doug Hoormann More

Thanks John Just purchased a 2015 Ford Escape. This is my first Ford purchase since I bought a 1967 Mustang in 1968. All employees were extremely courteous and Just purchased a 2015 Ford Escape. This is my first Ford purchase since I bought a 1967 Mustang in 1968. All employees were extremely courteous and friendly, making sure my wife and I were helped. John took the time to fully explain our options and explained what the controls did. Slightly different then my current car but he took the time to explain what they did. Thanks John for your great service. No hard sell at all. Easy decision on our part. More

He was thorough yet not at all pushy. He followed up on issues as agreed, and even once the transaction was complete, has checked in from time to time to verify things have gone well. He and Adam Tollers were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. I will patronize their dealership again in the future and do recommend them to others. Thanks again guys. Well done. More

Typical car dealership! they tell you how they are the small town dealership with customer service after the sale etc..
