(Only came in for a factory recall) Tech damaged belt tensioner pulley while trying to diagnose something I did not ask for, also tried selling water pump that didn’t need replaced. I have always had great luck dealing with uftring dealership in taking care of all my problems with my tahoe. Service was terrible every request that i had was denied. I couldn’t even get a ride to pick my truck. Will not be back for service nor to purchase another vehicle for your establishment. I was quoted a price for some work on my car. There was a definite disconnect between me and the service representative with the quote I was given to the final bill. Not only was the service rep polite and understanding with my frustration but the service manager went above and beyond to rectify the situation all while presenting a very professional, positive and caring attitude. I will definitely return to this dealership for future service. More
