Incompetence! The entire parts department in conjunction with the inability to communicate with the service department. They had an excuse for everything when all along they did not know what one or the oth with the inability to communicate with the service department. Not service related, but rather the parts department did not send out for a replacement fob when requested after having paid for the original product.
