For over a decade, I've worked in the furniture industry, designing interiors and making countless customers' dreams come true. Today, I bring the same dedication and eye for detail to the automotive world. I'm committed to helping shoppers find the right vehicle at the right price. I'm lucky to call Vergennes home, with a peaceful retreat in Swanton where I love to fish on Lake Champlain. I grew up in Burlington and I'm a proud outdoor enthusiast, frequently exploring Vermont's class 4 roads in my trusty Toyota Tacoma. When I'm not helping you find your perfect car, I'm usually enjoying the great outdoors with my wonderful wife, Sarah, and our two Mini-Ausie dogs, Pippa and Ralphie. During the 2-3 month process of ordering and picking up our car, Adam Safford kept us well updated with good communication via texts and emails. The customer service was SUPERB on pickup day. Adam was celebratory and fun which made all the steps and signatures easy. Patrick did a great job explaining each financial step. I was shocked at how much time Adam spent with us in the car to explain every feature and answer our questions. it was so appreciated since the last Toyota we purchased was in 2009!! More

The car we got is great but the staff were not. We saw someone test driving the car we were buying after we’d already made a deal and were waiting on the paperwork, not a huge deal but then when we We saw someone test driving the car we were buying after we’d already made a deal and were waiting on the paperwork, not a huge deal but then when we mentioned this to our salesperson he lied about it and said his colleague was just gassing it up. This was a blatant lie, we heard the other sales guy tell the other customers he made a mistake and the car was sold. The entire experience took over four hours to buy the car even though we only did two short test drives. The car had a dent on it that wasn’t disclosed and we were not given a chance to carefully look over the vehicle. He ushered us inside as soon as the test drive was done. When we finally thought we were able to leave the sales guy climbed into the passenger seat, leaving my husband out in the cold and then having to sit in the back instead, and forced us to download the Toyota app when we were clearly not interested.
