I made my appointment online (super easy! ). Showed up at service department on time, Jeep was immediately taken to service area, we were directed to the waiting area. Coffee, water and snacks ). Showed up at service department on time, Jeep was immediately taken to service area, we were directed to the waiting area. Coffee, water and snacks were available. After a short wait (oil change and tire rotation) we were ready to go. The service manager was excellent! Professional and polite- definitely pleased with my experience with this service department. Typical response “we can’t replicate issue”. I gave them info on issue because it happened one year ago and was repaired and even gave them info on dealer and persons I worked with prior. No discussion, just a text saying car is ready and we couldn’t replicate issue. Manager called and was kind but couldn’t offer any solution except to get to bottom of it. No apology, no offer to come back in. More
