I had 4 different prices given to me in 2 days of purchasing used truck. First was leasing for 409$ a month (which is great) - then had to come up with 5 to 7 thousand down payments. Then $ 500 and 3 purchasing used truck. First was leasing for 409$ a month (which is great) - then had to come up with 5 to 7 thousand down payments. Then $ 500 and 30 to 550 a month. ( that was end of 1st day- so I was TIRED and left and came back next day). Then payment got down in 430's to 450 a month because my credit is 808 ( far better than anyone else purchasing a vehicle. Great let's do the deal. When came to signing all kinds of papers the price went up to 530$ to 550$ a month ( why?? cause used truck is close to original warranty ending and now I have to pay 100$ extra a month to get warranty- this was not told to me until i was signing papers - now i am paying 100$ a month for privilege of betting truck will mess up and the Dealer can fix it under warranty- not a good bet for me ) WHY CANT THE DEALER PICK UP THE WARRANTY BILL FOR THE CUSTOMER??? NOT LIKE THE DEALER IS LOSING ANY MONIES??? NO CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I SEE- JUST GOOD OLE TAKING THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS HERE AND THERE?? Adam is great to work with and understands the principles of working with the customer. Receiving a vehicle that was not cleaned thoroughly is an opportunity because under the hood was terrible and it took m of working with the customer. Having to wait for a battery for a new vehicle is/was disappointing to learn when we got to the dealership. Also, when driving home, once we got above 60 mph, there is vibration in the front and it pull disappointing to learn when we got to the dealership.
