Friendly & Knowledgeable Car buying is not always a fun experience, there are many different choices and many different hoops to jump through in order to purchase vehicles. Kn Car buying is not always a fun experience, there are many different choices and many different hoops to jump through in order to purchase vehicles. Knowing what you want can definitely help the process, unfortunately both my husband and I were still undecided on exactly what we wanted, but having work in the car business myself and experienced what other dealership practices were-we decided not to drive any further down the road and stick with Valley. We have our VW serviced at Valley VW and are always treated with respect, while there have been some mistakes they have always been corrected without much fuss-when we have vehicle problems I am confident in their ability to diagnose and solve the issue without being yanked around. I first contacted Amanda a while back and briefly spoke about getting a new vehicle, my daily driver is higher up in miles and sometimes has issues so my husband and I decided there was warrant for a third vehicle. I went in and test drove three different vehicles including some Subaru's and ultimately decided to purchase a VW touareg that was my loaner vehicle for service. The experience was wonderful and knowing how dealership's function I can definitely say that while Valley still needs to make a profit (as every business does) if you are honest and up front about what you want and what you are willing to pay they will work with your budget and needs to find a car you will love driving. The finance department was wonderful as well, and while we did not finance through them but through our bank, the overall length of time I was signing papers was very small and the interaction with Adam was pleasant. I commend the team that helped myself and my husband find our new vehicle, and appreciate that not everyone in the industry is as pushy or as dishonest as some dealers in the area are. I look forward to coming to valley for both my service and my car buying needs in the future! More

The ultimate value offered for my trade and the cost for the new vehicle made it a truly win-win situation. The Valley team included Adam, Mark, Jake and Brandy. To a person, they were professional and genuinely transparent in their serving me and my family is helping this deal come together. SO...don't let distance become a barrier to you. Came in for an Oil Change and left with a New Car! It was a hectic, not to mention complicated day. My 2016 CRV (my first Honda) was due for its 30,000 mile service visit. Since purchasing the vehicle It was a hectic, not to mention complicated day. My 2016 CRV (my first Honda) was due for its 30,000 mile service visit. Since purchasing the vehicle I've always taken it to Valley Honda for oil changes, etc., because the service has been consistently superb. As I waited, a very nice young woman, named Jenna, approached me with some information about trading or upgrading my 2016 model with the new 2018. I had heard of this program and was a bit hesitant, but since I still had time to wait I decided to check it out. Jenna introduced me to Joe Tyree who took me through the new technology, new features, and the larger interior space. I was sold - especially since the improvements were things I had missed having on the 2016 model. Each member of the staff, especially Joe, made me feel comfortable, provided informative details, and answered myriad questions from me - I was often distracted by texts and emails from my office that needed immediate responses and they were all so patient. By the way, this type of experience is what I've come to expect from Valley Honda: giving valuable advice, always congenial and making those of us who are not always savvy about such things feel confident in making big decisions. Not so incidentally, I really like this car!!! As I've said the new 2018 CRV features and the extra interior space are what sold me, but then to discover that it rides much more comfortably than the 2016 surprised me even more. I’m still working my way through all of the new technology but that’ll come. Again, I didn't go in to buy a new car, but I guess I was at the right place at the right time with the right people. More
