I took my Wrangler because the engine light was one. It was diagnosed as a fuel pump issue. That was in May 2023. The pump needs to be ordered. I was told within 2 months. I had some issue with obtaining some parts for my 2015 Renegade. I tried 3 other local dealerships. And was told that it would be 4 to 8 weeks to receive them. I spoke to the parts manager (Andrew) at t Renegade. I tried 3 other local dealerships. And was told that it would be 4 to 8 weeks to receive them. I spoke to the parts manager (Andrew) at this dealership and was told it should not take that long just for some motor mounts when he looked it up on his computer. He introduced me to the service advisor (Adam) and he gave me a quote to have them installed. Needless to say, the parts came in within a little over one week and had them installed. I waited only about 2 1/2 hours and left completely satisfied. I highly recommend this dealership and will continue to do business with them in the future. More

I’ve been going to Golling since August 2008 when I bought my first Charger. That was a great experience and then again in June 2023 when I ordered my second Charger with Francis Jannaman. Then on the bought my first Charger. That was a great experience and then again in June 2023 when I ordered my second Charger with Francis Jannaman. Then on the same day in July when Stellantis “canceled thousands of Charger build orders” Francis found the same Charger GT Blacktop I ordered in Dalton Ohio. I bought my Jeep JKU a year and a half go from Steve. He informed us of all the options on the vehicle, and made sure it was exactly what we were looking for. He always was happy to see us, as he liked to always make sure everything was going well with the vehicle. I have recently contact Steve by phone for a question that came up with my radio. He went above and beyond when I came into the showroom to get the information needed on radio. He was with me the whole time explaining exactly all the steps we had to take to get the information. Steve made sure everything went well and no time was wasted waiting for answers. He has always been very good about answering our questions or concerns.
