I grew up in Phoenix, and started in the Automotive industry in 2010, and have found myself enjoying it more and more daily. I recently got married in March of 2018, and my wife and I have four amazing children and one dog who is a huge part of our family.

I bought my Forrester in 2019 and I never looked back. This is the first Subaru I owned but not my last. The service department has always been outstanding and willing to go that extra step. Always keeping me updated on the progress of my service appointment. S of C also has a nice variety of goodies to munch on and Starbucks coffee and hot chocolate. For my first time it was a little confusing as far as where I was to park and where I was to go for service but once there, the service guy was real friendly and let us know exactly what was going to hap where I was to park and where I was to go for service but once there, the service guy was real friendly and let us know exactly what was going to happen. When I had asked him about paint to fill in a scratch my husband put in my new car, he directed me to a bumper guard that worked excellently in hiding the scratch. Easy money-friendly fix for an upsetting problem. More

I had an issue with the radio and navigation system. I had an extended warranty that the dealership accepted without a problem. The installation of a new radio solved the problem. The installation was done in around one hour so my down time was minimal. Adam will be my "guy" from now on. More
