The purchase of a new vehicle in today’s world is a major event. We had not heard of any negative reports about the Ford Edge,in fact our grandson has two of them ! So we begin - we went to the KAYSER dealership in Sauk City telling ourselves if they can’t help us “We walk”. Quite simple as this will probably be our last purchase so don’t try to sell us something we don’t want. I kinda consider myself a tough old guy anyway and satisfaction is paramount ! Wes Frantz steps up to the plate ! We tell him what we want. His response:”We don’t have it”. But not to worry we shall go find it! True to his word staying in contact with us for several days as his search continued the success was met with a dealership somewhere in Illinois. After knowing him and if I owned a dealership the KAYSER people would have a fight on their hands as I would do my best to drag him away from them! Adam Morgan - what a character ! I think if it was raining outside he would figure out a way to make the sun shine ! His positive attitude knows no bounds! All treated us very well and I apologize for those names that also deserve recognition Lastly , we shall return and if we had an advertisement company 5 stars shall be awarded ! My wife and I traveled the 70 miles to Sauk City to check out several used F150's. Neither had the options we were interested in. Our salesman Mike took notes of what we needed. Within a week of our initial meeting he called to let us know he had found what we were looking for. The deal was made with ease They offered us fair market value for our trade Now the best part, I developed medical issues and could not pick the vechicle up. They personally delivered the vechicle to us. Love the truck. Everything is perfect with the vechicle. All I can say is Great Job Mike and Kayser Ford I am a happy camper and will be back in a couple of years for the next deal. More
