Our salesmen Emre Islik provided us with a pressure free, informative experience. His company on test driving a New Hyundai Kona Limited 2025 car was a pleasure. Making us feel extremely comfortable, enabling us to fall in love with the car. Moe, showed us the infotainment system and answered what ever questions we had. Rohan helped us finance our New 2025 Kona Limited. We spent a good portion of time reviewing different options. He answered numerous questions thoroughly, Allowing us to go with a comfortable plan. This review is for the worst dealership I have ever dealt with, in 25 years of purchasing/leasing cars. In summary, I was being attended to by a salesperson that showed me a price for the Santa Fe 2025 Calli with, in 25 years of purchasing/leasing cars. In summary, I was being attended to by a salesperson that showed me a price for the Santa Fe 2025 Calligraphy package I agreed to. I paid the deposit we agreed to and was ready to pay the monthly amount he told me of. After days of going back and forth we finally got to the financing office ready to sign the deal, when at LAST MINUTE I was told a completely different price than what we agreed to originally. Due to having paid a deposit already, I was not allowed to back on the deal. This is very unprofessional and simply not good business practice. I finally agreed to the price and picked up the car once it was delivered. They then gave me a car with the wrong tire pressure, and although the window sales sticker states the cross rails are dealer install, they were given to me uninstalled. Lastly, I was supposedly given new tires yet TWO DAYS after receiving the car and not driving much the entire rear left tire blew out while in park. The dealership would not take responsibility for the damages and I had to pay for the new tire out of pocket. More
