This is definitely The worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with the salesman promised he would get me a gift card as a courtesy because I least my Cadillac from him When I left, the showroom only gave me one with the salesman promised he would get me a gift card as a courtesy because I least my Cadillac from him When I left, the showroom only gave me one key called him back and asked him to please mail me the second key, which he told me he would do but never did total lie I had to go back to the Dealership to pick it up there were many many reasons I would never go back to that dealership because they lied to me many Times if you are really interested in my experience there have somebody call me again worst dealership in the world probably never going to get another Cadillac More

On Monday, November 26, 2024, I called the dealership at 10:00 am to get an appointment to have some work done on my Cadillac XT5. Asked for service department, phone rang and rang and rang. Fine they are 10:00 am to get an appointment to have some work done on my Cadillac XT5. Asked for service department, phone rang and rang and rang. Fine they are busy. Called back 45 minutes later. Asked for service and the phone rang and rang and rang. Must be really busy. Called back at approximately 5:00 pm. Again, asked for service. Again phone just rang and rang and rang. Called again at 6:15. Same thing. Finally when the phone rang back to the operator, I left my name and number. No callback. Called again this morning. Same thing, left my name and number. I finally get a return phone call at 5:30 this evening. I've leased cars from this dealership for over 15 years and can't make an appointment to bring the car in when I have the time to bring it in because no one answers the phone over there nor do they return phone calls promptly. I've had problems with this dealership in the past and the customer service just keeps going downhill. It's really to bad this dealership is the only game in town for Cadillac. I think in the future, I'll be going to another make, not another Cadillac. More

Ron Farmer is one of the best Serviceman I have ever worked with. He is so kind, friendly and has a great sense of humor. My husband and I are very appreciative of our friendship. The times we have had to come in were eventful (in a good way) and our service calls were addressed and completed in a very timely manner. Well my Cadicllac Rep Adam King is a very good person to work with, in fact al the staff are wonderful, very helpful and attentive to me needs.
