Walked in pre-financed for a car that wasn't actually available for sale. It was their service loaner, but listed for sale. However, this made it so I had to start the financing all over again and it took longer there than was anticipated. I did love that when I came back to the dealership a few days after the initial purchase to deal with some minor details the sales staff still jumped to help me, even though it clear right from the get go that I already had a new car and they weren't getting a sale from me. More
