Before I stepped foot into the Automotive world I had been working on vehicles with my father since I was about 14 years old. After that I had joined the Military. I finished out my contract with the Army National Guard and left as an E-5 Sergeant. During my time with the national guard I found myself gaining employment with a locally owned tire shop which, unknowingly, kicked off my career. After working on cars for a short period of time I quickly made my way to sales and soon after became apart of the management team. As apart of the management team for this family owned business I helped develop many policies and procedures that the company still uses to this day. After many years of training and development between working on cars and management My journey has lead me here to Alderman Automotive. My plan is to help build Alderman Automotive towards the future and grow the business as much as possible. The sky is the limit!

They were very straightforward about the work needed on our truck. This was our first time ever using a "non-chain" repair shop. Based on the customer service and the cost savings we had on our extensive r our truck. This was our first time ever using a "non-chain" repair shop. I visited Alderman to get some service done on my 60,000+ 2016 Lexus. I had the 21 point inspection which was free and then an oil change and ended up getting the front brakes put on and an alignment which w 2016 Lexus. I felt that Alderman offered the best deals around on vehicles. The car I purchased needed some repairs and the sales manager acted in good faith on all his promises to get my car in great shape. After the dealer quoted an exorbitant price to replace liftgate struts and made little effort to get my warranty to cover it, I brought my car to Alderman and their thorough inspection revealed only one s liftgate struts and made little effort to get my warranty to cover it, I brought my car to Alderman and their thorough inspection revealed only one stut needed replaced and they got the warranty to cover it by sending photos and video. If the claim had been denied their cost was significantly less (over $500) than the dealer. They went above and beyond. Adam, Brad, and Matt were great at keeping me informed and answering all my questions. They also found other issues and provided photos of the areas which helps in making choices about what needs done now and what can wait. More

Nice people but my experience was not good. Mechanic left a wrench sitting on engine and tried to start car. This damaged the engine to the point that it had to be rebuilt. Unfortunately only o Mechanic left a wrench sitting on engine and tried to start car. This damaged the engine to the point that it had to be rebuilt. Unfortunately only one of their mechanics is capable of doing this and he had health issues. My biggest frustration is that things did not progress on time table that I was told on several occasions. Eventually it got done and they did the right thing in covering repairs. To further create a negative experience the rear bumper was scratched while in their possession. I did not draw their attention to this because we only discovered it after the car was driven out of town and frankly I was thankful to just get it back. Seems to be too many careless mistakes for me to have much confidence in them. More
