He is the ultimate professional, fully knowledgeable in the products he sells and most importantly a real people person. He makes you feel as family and truly cares for the customer. He listens to the customer, something most do not do, makes certain all questions are answered and above all is honest. Mario was my Financial Representative. I can honestly say he's the best I've seen. He explains the contract in detail, makes certain you understand what you are signing before signing. He explains all optional coverages before a decision is made. There is no high pressure sales involved whatsoever. Mario, as well puts you at ease the ultimate professional, knowledgeable, personable and truly makes you feel like family. This was the smoothest purchase I've made. I live 500 miles from this Dealership and wouldn't hesitate to be a repeat customer. It would be in South Kia of Miami best interest never to lise these two individuals. I am NOT a satisfied customer by far! Leon was great and very responsive, professional and did a great job. But your finance personnel (Horacio) failed terrible. Integrity and honesty are what makes a car dealership successful which creates return business. Your dealership failed on both of those fundamental aspects. It appears that this is your standard operating procedure based on your reviews from previous consumers returning their leased cars. My concerns were relayed to the GM who did not respond or return my call. I will not do business with your dealership AGAIN. It is sad, for over 20 plus years I've dealt with South Motors across the street, and I decided to try something different. MY MISTAKE, and that will not happen again. I will be telling everyone I know how dissatisfied I am about your dealership in the financial handling of my transaction and to not venture into your dealership seeking a lease or purchase. It should be noted that a negative response to individuals' performance is not accepted on this review.
