I picked up my vehicle at night. I didn’t see the crack in the windshield until the next morning. I took pictures and sent them to Adam English. He went to his manager. I was told I would have to submit an insurance claim to get it fixed. I was told I should have reported the crack in the windshield the night before. I explained it was dark out and didn’t see the crack. I was told it was my problem. I called to talk with Adam’s manager. I was told on 4 separate occasions he was in a meeting. He never returned my call. I would not shop at this dealership ever again! More
