My goal isn’t just to sell you any car, I want to get you into the vehicle you want. The car buying process doesn’t need to be as stressful and challenging as most people make it out to be. The process I follow will make things fun, which it should be. Also, get you driving away in your new vehicle in a timely fashion. A LITTLE ABOUT MYSELF I chose to make the move to sales after my daughter was born. Getting paid $10-15/ hr wasn’t enough to pay the cost of living, let alone be able to support my daughter. I made the leap starting with door to door sales out in Southern California, did that for 2yrs. Couldn’t stand the long periods away from my daughter. So, I came back home. A friend of mine suggested I get into a car dealership and I haven’t looked back. I’ve always been a “car guy” I love seeing the excitement come across my customers face when they get to drive away in their new vehicle!!

I have dealt with this dealership for eight years. I have dealt with Mark over most of those years. I drive 2 hours from where I live. It is worth it to maintain my relationship with this dealership I have dealt with Mark over most of those years. I drive 2 hours from where I live. It is worth it to maintain my relationship with this dealership and with Mark. Three years out and yet full familiarity in the greeting from Mark. Just for that I was very likely to make a commitment at that point while letting the full encounter play out. An old-fashioned way of doing business from all sides. Complete, comprehensive attention, explanations and clarification from all involved-Mark, Adam and Brendon. I came ready to fulfill the end of lease requirements and then to begin the negotiations toward a new vehicle for next month. I arrived with the old vehicle and left with the new one on the same day. Customer retention and after the sale reliability are hallmarks of the dealership. More

Best experience I have ever had. My husband and I went to test drive a Rogue. I was greeted by Kiera Cusack who made us feel very welcomed and provided us with some great specials My husband and I went to test drive a Rogue. I was greeted by Kiera Cusack who made us feel very welcomed and provided us with some great specials they had going on. She then introduced us to a salesman by the name of Mohammed who was extremely knowledgeable and really wanted to listen to what we were looking for. After talking to him he said he had the perfect car to test drive. When he brought me the 2024 Rogue SL in a Boulder Gray, it was love a first sight. Once I test drive it, I knew I had to have it so I put a hold sign on it. I worked with Mohammed and Adam on finding a payment option that best fit my needs. I can't thank you enough for the excellent customer service and making me feel so welcomed. I was so impressed with the staff and service, I brought my son there the following week and he purchased the Rouge SV in black. I am proud to be a part of the Destination Nissan Family and look forward to continuing my business with them. Best experience I have ever had when shopping for a vehicle. More

I bought my last two vehicles from Destination without incident but when I went to purchase a new truck on 6/24/2024 I was treated so poorly by the sales staff that I will never do business with this deal incident but when I went to purchase a new truck on 6/24/2024 I was treated so poorly by the sales staff that I will never do business with this dealership in the future. We arrived around 9:30 am, checked in and they assigned me to a sales agent named Joe King. I had to wait for 30 to 40 minutes while there were other sales people available to help me. Once we began to talk numbers for the sale, Joe King came to the table with a ridiculous offer, low balling my trade in and tacking on a $2000 “Reconditioning fee” off the trade in value with the minimum rebates off of the new vehicle’s price. When I presented him with a phone quote from a rival dealership, he became irate, raising his voice and claiming no dealership would sell a vehicle for that and that we were lying. Eventually he stormed off and went and hid in his manager’s office for the rest of the time we were there while we talked with the manager Adam Dawson about still making a deal based off the good faith and loyalty I had in the dealership that they would do the right thing. The whole situation gave me a bad taste in my mouth. More
