Worst experience ever Treated well during the purchase but treated like trash afterwards. Purchased late on a Saturday, picked up brand new vehicle on Monday. Told them at Treated well during the purchase but treated like trash afterwards. Purchased late on a Saturday, picked up brand new vehicle on Monday. Told them at 12:30 I'd be there around 7:30. They were supposed to have it detailed and ready for me. Was close to 9PM before I got out of there. I live an hour and a half away. They hosed it off and sprayed the tires to make them shine, I would've done a lot better job. I HATE being lied to. Took 2 months to get the title. 1st time was my fault, 2nd was a delivery issue. Called finance department twice to locate title, left messages, got no return call from either person. Talked to Mario and he blew me off also but was all nice and helpful after I left a negative response to the survey before this mess. Eric Cole was rude to my brother and me when he was trying to reach me on the wrong phone number, he never apologized. They made me feel like a total piece of trash (not the word I want to use). Will not go back or recommend to anyone. More
