Also it needs to sync with the monitors inside. Not the case last Tuesday. Seat covers need to be placed automatically along with temporary floor mats in the interior…. I had to ask for both. The interior door sill on the drivers side was filthy with shoe sole marks when the car was brought up to be delivered after service. Adam was gracious enough and apologetic to clean it up for me. This showed a lack of attention to detail from someone in the backstage service area. Not what I would expect from Lexus. There also needs to be a way to download and save the video the technician takes of the undercarriage. It only seems to be visible in the dealership. It would have been nice to show it to my wife when I got home. That would have been helpful to illustrate to her why I take the car to Lexus for a simple oil change. I understand the policy pertaining to secondary front floor mats. But, the secondary mat was laid out across the back seat leather, not in the trunk as the notice on the dash indicated. I didn’t appreciate the floor mat being laid on the seat. Attention to detail and continuous quality improvement is paramount to success and customer satisfaction. More
