Very professional except when they didn’t show up on a scheduled day for service. But they showed up the next week. They came to my work and got my car took it to be serviced then brought it back to me th scheduled day for service. But they showed up the next week. They came to my work and got my car took it to be serviced then brought it back to me the next day at work. They even washed my car! Good job. More

As I was leaving the dealership driving home after just getting an oil change my check engine light came on and I took it to the part store the staff checed and said that it was a quart low so I called th getting an oil change my check engine light came on and I took it to the part store the staff checed and said that it was a quart low so I called they told me to come in for another appointment but my husband say that it wasn't too safe to drive with that much oil missing so we called the dealership to get the type of oil to put in and we had to purchase a whole another quart of oil. Could have been a huge disaster More

Every time I have my service done at that dealership they always over charge me from what they quote me, it’s shameful that they quote you a price over the phone and when you go to pay it’s always 10% to 20% always over charge me from what they quote me, it’s shameful that they quote you a price over the phone and when you go to pay it’s always 10% to 20% over. That’s very bad business practice. More
