Bigger is not always better! Novak Motors is a small dealership that is very picky about the cars they choose to have on their lot. They offer great customer service. They are not a dealership that makes promises and not follow through with them. Our personal experience with was that we had a list of cars to look at and they were our first stop. We loved the car there, but we wanted to make sure it was the car for us. We worked a deal with Novak and explained our plan for the day. They did not push us to buy the car at that moment. They understood what we wanted. Throughout the day we got cute text from our dealer checking in. The way he worded the texts I still did not feel I was being pressured in any way. I felt like I was talking to a friend. By the end of the day and looking at 12 different cars, we new that the car at Novak Motors was the car for us. They made the buying process so easy. They made sure we had the best interest rate and deal. Our monthly payments came out to be exactly what I wanted. Our salesman Julio was amazing! 😊 I highly recommended Novak Motors. More
