Service Advisors make you feel valued with a genuine demeanor as opposed to a fake demeanor, or worse yet, other dealer techs make you feel like you are just a "number" that they need to process. Subaru screwed me over and charged me full price of what I was supposed to pay, I had to wait 5-7 business days to get my 2600 back in my account.
