However, Josh, Abraham, Joel, and Payden were extremel Fletcher Jones Motorcars in Newport Beach. Purchasing a vehicle can be a stressful experience. However, Josh, Abraham, Joel, and Payden were extremely welcoming, professional, patient, and made us feel a part of the Fletcher Jones Family while navigating us through this process. They answered all our questions and continually checked to make sure we understood comparisons and contrasts of the cars we test drove and financing information. Further, they connected our phones, helped us understand how to operate the car’s many user friendly features as well as utilize their airport shuttle and car washing services. They even shared videos for us to review if needed. So grateful! We are completely satisfied with their assistance in purchasing our car and highly recommend using them. Not only did we leave with a beautiful Mercedes Benz, we left with smiles on our faces! More

I have a really great experience from the moment I walked in and the moment I leave the showroom. I worked with Abraham, Josh and Brian, the Salesman Rep, the Delivery & The Finance. Everybody has great atti in and the moment I leave the showroom. I worked with Abraham, Josh and Brian, the Salesman Rep, the Delivery & The Finance. Everybody has great attitude regardless I was the last customer and it was already late, I believe it was almost 11PM ^_^ I knew they've had a long day and very exhausted but still manage to act like it was 8 AM in the morning! I like Abraham, he is genuine, he wasn't pushy, very transparent and straightforward, which I like. Looking forward to work with them again in the future and I wish them all the best!
