Abraham is a very chill person to buy a car from. I would say I felt more "encouraged" than pressured, and I genuinely believe that he wanted us to get a good vehicle and have a good experience. He was a pleasure to work with and talk to over the two separate occasions that it took us to scout, test-drive, and purchase our new vehicle. We visited another dealership prior to this one, and nobody asked us if we needed help as we wandered around the showroom for about ten minutes, so we walked around the lot ourselves and didn't see the car we thought we were looking for. That's when we headed over to Westchester Toyota. It's a nice dealership with a terrific assortment of vehicles. I hadn't purchased a car in a VERY long time and the process with this dealership was transparent. It took a long time because multiple people were buying at the end of the month, and I was very glad that I'd eaten a big lunch, though there are some good vending machines upstairs if you get hungry and are mid-negotiation or paperwork. (Negotiating on an empty stomach is a bad idea!) More
