Please be warned with my experience. I have brought my car here twice for service and its sat in the service department for around 4 days each time with nothing being done to it. Both I have brought my car here twice for service and its sat in the service department for around 4 days each time with nothing being done to it. Both times I had called several times each day to be told that they're working on it. The first week, dropped it off on a Monday, I gave up and picked it up on a Thursday and NOTHING WAS DONE TO IT. I made an appointment for this week, dropped it off on a Monday, and as of Thursday, NOTHING WAS DONE TO IT. I wasted two weeks of juggling cars in my household, finding people to pick my kids up from school all the while my car was just sitting there. Multiple calls to Harvey, the guy from service, multiple calls to the service manager, Abraham and several calls to the GM, Vinny, and zero response. My husband is self employed and lost almost two weeks of his car sitting at the dealership and when he went down to get his Jeep later that day, Vinny (General Manager-seriously?) and Abraham hid in an office and refused to come out and at least offer an apology. , What a lack of regard, what a lack of consideration, what a poor, sad way to do business. More
