I have found them to be very customer service oriented, especially in the service department. We are expecting 18-24 inches of snow tomorrow and starting last night below zero temperatures. I was not clear of weather all the fluid levels had been checked and if needed adjusted before I bought my used car 2 months ago, I didn’t think of this until about 3PM, I called service and asked if ii could bring car in and they said yes if I could get there within an hour. Traffic was crazy and it took me me 1 1/2 hours to get there, they were fine. They checked and topped off coolant but said it would have been fine. I asked if they could check the rest of car, they found a problem with a tie rod, I have an appointment for it to be fixed next week at no charge and a 60k checkup with oil and filters and fluid changes to be done also at no charge. More
