Hidden numbers switching killed the deal. I had an excellent experience working with my sales representative, Shek. He was kind, patient, and never made me feel pressured. He answered ever I had an excellent experience working with my sales representative, Shek. He was kind, patient, and never made me feel pressured. He answered every question clearly, supported me through the process, and genuinely helped me feel confident about the car I was considering. If my review were based solely on him, this would be a five-star experience. Unfortunately, my interaction with the sales manager, Izzy, changed the overall experience. When I mentioned a 0% APR incentive offered at another dealership, he responded in a very condescending manner. The message should have been simple — “let me explain the tradeoff between using APR incentives and taking the rebates.” Instead, he described the other dealer’s approach as “trickery,” insisted several times that I was being fooled by such an incentive, and repeatedly stated that he wanted to earn my business by being honest. The tone felt dismissive and unnecessary, and I would have walked out at that moment if not for how positive my experience with Shek had been. Regarding the deal itself: the initial offer included a $3,000 trade-in value. When I said I would not sign anything less than the offer I already had in hand from another dealership, they increased the trade-in value to $4,500 and removed the dealer add-ons to match it. However, on that same offer, they quietly increased my down payment without telling me. I noticed this immediately, and that was the point where I chose to walk away. I did not respond further at that time. Two days later, they contacted me again, and I replied with my terms based on the actual math from the offer they had given me — without inflated add-ons or undisclosed adjustments. Their “best and final” quote that came back was extremely surprising: they lowered my trade value to $3,500 (a number that had never been offered or mentioned at any point) and added all the dealer accessories back into the pricing. To suggest that $3,500 was the agreed-upon value was completely inaccurate, as the only trade values ever presented were $3,000 and $4,500. Had they simply said, “This is our new offer since you did not accept the previous one,” I would not have had the same reaction. But implying this was the previous offer felt like a predatory business practice. For a manager who emphasized honesty, changing the numbers without explanation — twice — was disappointing and unprofessional. Customers should never be treated as though they are uninformed simply because they don’t fall for sales tactics. I was told one set of terms in person, only to receive something entirely different in writing later, with the claim that this was what it had always been. I would have signed a deal if they had simply honored the terms they themselves had presented, rather than altering them afterward and implying those original terms never existed. Shek deserves full recognition for his professionalism, patience, and genuine care throughout the entire process. My positive experience was entirely because of him. The issues I encountered were solely due to the manager’s approach and the undisclosed changes to the deal, which ultimately cost them my business. More

Friendly, knowledgeable, fast - I’d go back and would refer friends and family. Great to do a lot of the leg work over text and email to minimize time sitting in the office. refer friends and family. Great to do a lot of the leg work over text and email to minimize time sitting in the office. More
