Stupidity I traded in a Honda Civic 2015 with 2700 miles and purchased a NEW 2014 Nissan Sentra which was sitting on the lot for a year. I am experiencing a ro I traded in a Honda Civic 2015 with 2700 miles and purchased a NEW 2014 Nissan Sentra which was sitting on the lot for a year. I am experiencing a rough ride. Service Mgr says it's flat spots on tires. I feel it is more and if it is the tires I have no recourse because warranty doesn't cover tires. More

With the documentation and check in hand, Abe was able to negotiate, without a hassle, trading in my 2014 to a 2015 model. Within an hour, my service and paperwork was complete with complete satisfaction. I did have to return it because the emergency lights were not working. Again, promptly, the service department pulled out the dash to find that the leads were not connected. Again, outstanding service in every way. My sincere Thank you! More
