Total bait and switch outfit. Came from out of state to pay cash for the advertised price. I made an appointment, tolde them the car I wanted, that I was paying cash showed up on Came from out of state to pay cash for the advertised price. I made an appointment, tolde them the car I wanted, that I was paying cash showed up on time. 1st hour. Car was not on lot. It was a salesperson loaner. They have to retrieve the car. I test drive car. All good. Hour 2-3. I tell salesperson I have cashiers check I want to buy this and go. He starts telling me I need to finance to get the advertised price. Keep in mind I told them all along over the phone I'm paying cash. Once I'm there, they point to fine print on website about having to finance. If I refuse financing, and want to pay cash but now its 2k more. (They make money on setting up the loans--so financing isn't helping me, its helping them.) Needless to say they kept me there with the dumb back and forth to the manager and finally they told me what was advertised as 35k is now 37k. I thanked them and left. 3 hours wasted plus an 8 hour round-trip drive. These people are crooks. They clearly fleece people on the regular as many reviews demonstrate. Many experiences were exactly the same but they added fees (which they added for me too but were generously forgiving them on my sale. One of them was $1000 for VIN Etching? xxx is that?) I was foolish to not research Huntley Ford before going. Lesson learned. Heed this warning or be prepared to have your wallet strip mined. More

I asked the manager at Huntley Ford to help me install additional power outlets and USB ports in the trunk for my hunting gear in my new Ford, but I was afraid to mess with the electrical system myself. The service center agreed and designed a wiring diagram using a separate fuse to avoid damaging the factory wiring. In the end, I received a meticulously completed turnkey job with a warranty, and now I can charge everything I need right in the car. Thank you for your flexibility and professionalism! More

Ryan and Cody must not like to sell cars. I explained to Ryan that I live far away and could not make it into the dealership tonight to purchase the vehicle that I had already saw and test dr I explained to Ryan that I live far away and could not make it into the dealership tonight to purchase the vehicle that I had already saw and test driven. I repeatedly asked Ryan for a manager for an out the door price on the vehicle. I asked over 6 times for a manager and he would not get one. I asked to hold for one and he would not allow me to hold. I called back and after asking for either a finance or regular manager about 3 more times Ryan finally got Cody on the phone. Cody would not give me a price with tax tag and title out the door on the full price of the car. They are very far from where I live and I was willing to do the deal but apparently they didn’t want to sell to me. They’d rather probably try to get me in the dealership and finagle whatever extra pricing onto the car that they could. This dealership sucks. I advise women and minorities to stay far away from Ford in Huntley. More

Absolutely horrible trying to buy experience. Like robots, all sales people keep repeating "your best leverage is to come to dealership in person, we do not negotiate over the phone". I asked how exactly does that work for out of state buyers? Answer "your best leverage is to be here in person" I asked to speak with finance manager, they declined my request. I asked for a photo of bed of the truck. I was told they don't have one. I said, well can someone go out to the parking lot and take one? Ohh.. yes they can. Absolute horror show. More
