To say that Huntley Ford was disappointing and unpleasant to work with would be quite an understatement. The car I bought from them was missing a head rest and an airbag cover, had numerous scratches, dents, to work with would be quite an understatement. The car I bought from them was missing a head rest and an airbag cover, had numerous scratches, dents, and dirt across the car (of the type that would be easily removable if they had done any polishing at all), a damaged steering wheel, inoperable windshield sprayers, and a torn parking brake cover. The Salesman reneged on his promise to replace the missing headrest and damaged parking brake cover after the paperwork had been signed and blamed me for it because I had negotiated on the excessive closing fees they were trying to impose. I had to wait two hours to see the finance department once I had agreed to purchase the car, and the financier treated me with contempt and disrespect, and offered me an interest rate that was nearly double what my personal bank offered. The disrespectful behavior and blatant unprofessionalism were made worse when I went to pick up the car; I was treated rudely by the staff and to make things worse, the car had been very poorly detailed and had less than half a tank. When I asked about the gas the salesman simply asked if I had been promised a full tank, and when I stated that I hadn’t, but I expected it with a new car, he simply shrugged and said that it is not Huntley’s policy to fill the gas tanks upon sale. This is a dealership with seriously unprofessional practices and does not meet basic industry expectations and I regret purchasing a car from them. I would avoid doing business with Huntley Ford if at all possible. More

OF ALL THE EXTRA FEES , BAIT SWITCH AND CALL CENTER LIES. This place was a complete joke from start to finish. I spoke with a girl named Jasmine a few times about a used black 2023 F150 Raptor. I told LIES. This place was a complete joke from start to finish. I spoke with a girl named Jasmine a few times about a used black 2023 F150 Raptor. I told her I was driving from far away and if she could look it over for me to make sure it was in good condition. She told me she walked by it that morning and that it looked as close to new as possible. I drove out to the dealership to buy this peach. When they pulled it up, I thought it was a joke. This truck looked like it just got done running the Baja 500 and won it. There we scratches all around the entire car, mud caked on all the wheels and all over the inside and so much rust under the vehicle that it looked like it had been sitting in floodwaters for days. It was obvious Jasmine never even got out of her seat to look at this xxxxx. Of course, this was their opportunity to bait and switch me to a "nicer" one. We did land on one that we liked, so OK, let's see what we can do on it. I was in the car business for close to 20 years. We would sometimes have some small extra fees, but this one took the trophy 🏆. Package A and certification $5,493 Tariff adjustment (again, a used car) $2,500 Service/ Transportation $1,795 (I have a picture of all these insane fees, but for some reason Google reviews won't let me upload them) On top of that, they hit me at $26,000 on my trade, which is well worth $30,000 all day long on a wholesale trade. I even told them I had a buy figure from another dealer for that. And don't be fooled by their B.S. market value and discount. Yes, this truck was priced fairly, but there is not a chance the market value was anywhere near what they said. Then add all the horse xxxx fees on top, and you are well over the market price. It was a waste of time from start to finish. If anyone of any importance there is reading this, go take a look at the 2023 black F150 Raptor and you tell me if this truck should ever be shown to a customer in this condition. If I were the G.M. of this place, I would be firing my used car manager for even showing something so disgusting. Stay away from this place unless you have nothing better to do or love to waste your time and money More
