Painless and easy. I came to Kuni after never doing business with them in the past. I saw a vehicle I liked and did my research about value and options. When I went to t I came to Kuni after never doing business with them in the past. I saw a vehicle I liked and did my research about value and options. When I went to the dealership, the very first thing I noticed was the lack of a "traditional" car buying experience, where their salesmen gather under a pop up tent and run to you before your car is in park. I began by looking at the vehicle and was left alone and I loved it. I went inside and was greeted by Abdul with a smile. We sat and I presented my offer. I accepted their counter offer and that was it. They gave me a very fair price for my trade and Willie did the rest. To say this experience was easy is an understatement. I was treated with respect and honestly, I got everything I asked for because I was REASONABLE. Willie was absolutely a pleasure to work with and I honestly feel like he worked hard to get me where I wanted to be payment and APR wise. Beni was the finance manager and we had an awesome conversation. He is an absolute asset to the company and BMW as a whole. I will absolutely do business with Kuni BMW again because of how I was treated start to finish by Abdul, Willie and my finance manager, Beni. Great job to all and way to represent the Kuni name!
