Do NOT go to this dealership.I write this review to warn everybody to not come here and save yourself the the trouble with the LIES, MISCOMMUNICATION AND SEXISM. I wish I could have bought my car from a dif everybody to not come here and save yourself the the trouble with the LIES, MISCOMMUNICATION AND SEXISM. I wish I could have bought my car from a different place, because the headache they gave me from my experience there was truly not worth it. They lack basic communication, have employees that lie to their customers, and treat women like they know nothing about cars. This was the worst dealership experience I have ever had. It is already intimidating entering a car dealership as a woman due to the extreme sexism, but this dealership was one of the worst. The salesman (who refused to give me his name) who attended me didn’t know anything about the Volkswagen I was looking at it. I asked him to tell me about it he said “Well, its a German car” in a clearly sexist manner. I had been waiting 3 weeks to see the car because they had to fix something with the ignition. I asked him to explain what the problem had been and he told me “ No there wasn’t any problem with the ignition, they were just detailing the car”. But the car was clearly dirty and not detailed, there were pennies and hair on the floor. I had spoken to a salesperson on the phone and had it written in a text from the owner that they were fixing a problem with the ignition but this salesman denied this. The salesman went on to talk badly about all the other car dealerships saying that they didn’t actually check the mechanics of the car. He went on to even name a few dealerships on 82nd street that the believed did this. Later talking with the owner he did the same bad mouthing of other dealerships. Bashing other dealerships does not reflect poorly on them, it reflects poorly on you. Finally I spoke with the sales manager to get the correct information about the car. I ended up buying it because it was exactly what I had been looking for. In our buying agreement it was written in that the car was to be detailed and have the back window re tinted. The manager told me that these would both be done later that day. I returned to pick up the car and it had clearly not been detailed. There was chalk on the backseat that I was able to wipe off with the swipe of my hand and the back window was not re tinted. I had to call and text multiple times for them to finally schedule an appointment for me to go in and have it re tinted at an auto shop, but didn’t tell me the date and time until I had been bothering them about it for a week. The manager of the store told me the re tinting process would take an hour. I show up and the auto body shop employees inform me the process would take all day. I was stranded due to this miscommunication and write this review stranded at said auto body shop. A few months later i was having problems with the reverse and a leakage in the roof. I returned back at the dealership and was told by the owner the whole process would take “a few hours at most”. Over 5 hours waiting and calling incessantly someone finally responded and told me that I couldn’t pick up my car until the next day. I was stranded once more. In the end It took a full day and a half to finally get my car back after calling and texting non stop begging for updates. More

UPDATE: it’s been one week since I bought the vehicle and it’s been in the shop for 5 days. Beaverton car Company has done almost nothing to accommodate the issue and make things better for selling me a “lem it’s been in the shop for 5 days. Beaverton car Company has done almost nothing to accommodate the issue and make things better for selling me a “lemon” of a truck. One more week projected before repairs will be finished. Abdou, the owner, does not seem to care about his customers in any way. I’ve decided to speak with a lawyer and see what my options are here. I will update again soon. Just bought a 2014 Chevy Silverado 3 days ago. I drove the rig home and then to work. I noticed a shutter that I thought was coming from driving over the yellow line, however it was not. The shudder was very constant and I noticed my RPMs ramping up really high when shifting between gears. I called and got the usual “no way I drove that truck and it drove fine”. I was told to bring the truck in and that they would give me a loaner until they figured out what the issue was and I agreed. After careful consideration I decided to take the truck to a local Chevy dealership in Albany and paid the diagnostics fee out of pocket to have the transmission diagnosed by a service center that wasn’t involved in the sale of the vehicle. I was called a couple hours later and was notified that the transmission is shot. I was told that The transmission fluid was so burnt that it had probably hadn’t been serviced since the sale of the vehicle (opinion). The truck will now be in the shop for the next two weeks for repair. While I understand that the truck is used, I don’t understand how it can be sold without the dealership checking the quality of the fluids. Luckily I purchased the 38k mike warranty! Being in the middle of Portland and with the traffic, I wasn’t comfortable driving the truck around room much so I took it around the block once and that was about it. I wish now that I would have. Aside from the mechanical issue, I was given an extremely used key fob that barely works. Jeremy told me he would get ahold of a new one for me at “wholesale” price. Never did. I think i deserve a new programmed key fob on them after all this! More

Not only do they make purchasing a vehicle from them a great experience, but I recently learned tha This dealership truly cares about their customers. Not only do they make purchasing a vehicle from them a great experience, but I recently learned that they are willing to help customers out beyond the initial sale. I had warranty work that needed to be done on my vehicle and the dealer told me it would not be covered. I contacted Beaverton Car Company, and they helped me get the information and support I needed to get the work done under warranty. They have 100% earned my trust and respect through this process. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for service backed with integrity. More

Terrific car buying experience I recently purchased a used car from Jeremy at the Beaverton car Company. This had to be one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Jerem I recently purchased a used car from Jeremy at the Beaverton car Company. This had to be one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Jeremy - my sales representative - was pleasant, competent, and patient with me. He answered all my questions, and believe me I had a lot. Jeremy helped me to get the best deal I could for the price I was able to pay. Not only that, he negotiated with the lender for me to get them to lower my interest rate by 5% from what I originally had agreed to. What a nice surprise that was. Saved me $20 a month on my car payment. They also made sure my new car, my new used car, was in tiptop condition when I was ready to take it. My new Lexus RX 300 is my dream car, and I couldn’t be happier with the car, the salesman – Jeremy – that helped me, the dealership, the service department, and everything in between. What a great place to buy a car I give Beaverton Car Company my highest recommendation, and suggest anyone go there to check into buying a car. You’ll be glad you did. More
