From the moment I stepped on the lot I was welcomed with no hassle salesmanship and no xx when it came to purchasing a car. The dealership was clean, welcoming and provided complimentary drinks in their caf no hassle salesmanship and no xx when it came to purchasing a car. The dealership was clean, welcoming and provided complimentary drinks in their cafeteria. When it came time to negotiate the deal, there was no pressure and we came to a happy medium. The finance department did not try and upsell items and only pushed the gap insurance as it’s a smart thing to do. I hate buying cars and dealing with dealerships, however this was probably the best experience out of all my times doing it. I would recommend to anyone. More

We are very impressed with CDJR of Leesburg. A.B. was awesome to work with! It started with a phone call to the dealership, followed by many questions texted to A.B. We were extremely disappointed with how we were treated I’m glad we walked away ! After we read your reviews on line we noticed this is a common issue for your dealership I wish we had read your reviews be I’m glad we walked away ! After we read your reviews on line we noticed this is a common issue for your dealership I wish we had read your reviews before we came there I’d never had stepped foot in your dealership, unfortunately for you , you lost a deal on a black widow jeep and possibly many more purchases from our family and friends , unfortunately for us our credit was hit and no new Jeep :( on a positive note our salesman was top notch if it were my dealer I’d have him in a management position and fire everyone on my management team More

I came to only look at ONE used jeep that my husband was shown when he was there for an oil change. We were not there to buy anything on a late Sunday night and was greeted with oh you came at closing. I re shown when he was there for an oil change. We were not there to buy anything on a late Sunday night and was greeted with oh you came at closing. I replied that is why I agreed to stop by as I thought you were closed. The jeep we were there to look at had already sold. We were then asked to look at another jeep we did, but we were not interested. Then the rush began to find a jeep on the lot tonight. It was like after tonight they will not exist or be able to find one that would be fitting for us. I kept saying and repeating myself multiple times to all the people there I am having a hard time with this, yet they did not back down and give me time I needed to think this through or time to discuss this with my husband. We were rushed into a used jeep that very night. Being told oh it’s the same as you have just less miles and a different color.. Again we were rushed to get things out of my old jeep that I really did not want to trade in that night as there were no plans for this and into another used one and of course in the rush I left a couple things behind accidentally. Due to the late night the used car was not detailed and it was not offered to come back to have that done. Had an issue with the tag and called daily for a full week. First call was first thing on Monday morning to the sales person who said she would get with the finance manger but did not receive a call back. Called back daily left messages with what the issue was and was told I would be called back but no response. Finally Friday AM with no response from CDJR I called the tax collectors office who researched the issue and assured me yes I needed the finance manager to resolve the tag issue. I called CDJR and again explained why I am calling again and this time added what the tax collectors office stated that is was about to become a Very Big problem. Finally I was immediately put in contact with the finance manager who corrected the issue that very day. We have been long time customers of this dealership and have had communication issues here since the take over. We have sent numerous people to Fruitland park jeep since 2019 that was when we purchased the jeep off the showroom floor that was traded in. I do not feel the same anymore. I am not comfortable with this jeep.purchase. It is not like our other one in many ways. The whole experience has not been good. Daily we encounter some other issue with this jeep we were rushed into. Tears of disappointment.. My review is not good I understand that but hopefully my honest response will help in some way make your business more successful in the future. Christine Manwill More
