Completely got hustled for a warranty I didn't want or need and still haven't received any information about the warranty. Have regrets about the dealer warranty I was sold. Salesperson was dismissive and didn't know about the special rates put on by Honda. Overall the experience was okay, the staff was friendly and the facility was nice. I was even treated to an energy drink while I waited an extraordinaryamount of time. Wouldn't recommend going on a Sunday, it took a while to get the paperwork completed and it seemed they probably don't run a full crew on Sunday. They had the biggest selection of CPO vehicles which was a plus. I might buy another vehicle again through this dealer, however, would use another salesperson as he didn't provide a card or a number to reach him! More
