My salesman Michael was phenomenal; and while Bob (Bobbi) haggled with me; we finally made a deal. I was Made to feel welcome, Bobbi shared his chocolate with me, the dealership was VERY clean, EVERYONE was haggled with me; we finally made a deal. The only negative thing I have to say, and it was totally out of Michael and Bobbi’s hands was, what should’ve been me handing over a check and leaving (all the paperwork was signed) I waited an additional 2 hours after I returned for the vehicle to be detailed, taken out of “ship/crate mode” and gassed up. When the The keys were finally handed over to me, everything was done as promised. ❤️ The process could be a little quicker, but Michael (and Bobbi) got the deal done in the same day, so I’m very happy with my service. More
