from start to finish. the process was made easy and the up-to-date knowledge that the staff had was amazing. i tried working with another dealership on the purchase of my the process was made easy and the up-to-date knowledge that the staff had was amazing. i tried working with another dealership on the purchase of my current vehicle but with no luck. the other dealership would not return my calls but when i called Romeo Ford, it only took one phone call and they took care of the rest. i would highly recommend Romeo Ford to my family and friends. This dealership has terrible customer service. I was in contact with two people from the sales department, Aaron & Mariana, about coming out to test drive a vehicle we were really interested in pu I was in contact with two people from the sales department, Aaron & Mariana, about coming out to test drive a vehicle we were really interested in purchasing. We live an hour away so I set up a test drive the day ahead and then asked that they please let me know if the vehicle had been sold or someone put a hold on it prior to our arrival. I received confirmation the day of that the vehicle was available. We drove all the way to Romeo and arrived at 9:12am (they opened at 9am) just to be told that someone put a hold on the vehicle. This was a total bait & switch!! Of course Aaron offered to find us another vehicle. We expressed our disappointment with the lack of customer care and Aaron immediately became combative and had the nerve to argue with us about it. I highly suggest going to another dealership where they do not use such dishonest tactics. More

Initially I thought my experience was wonderful, very smooth, and we were considering doing more business with them on the future. HOWEVER, the aftermath has been less than good. Promises that were made smooth, and we were considering doing more business with them on the future. HOWEVER, the aftermath has been less than good. Promises that were made have not been followed up on, and in this particular case, I feel might have been an outright fib. My paper plate expires on Monday and I have not gotten any paperwork so I can transfer my plates. I reached out this week to my sales person and he was supposedly checking on it, of course no response so far. Before the purchase he was very helpful and responded quickly. It seems that I am no longer a priority after jumping through all the required hoops and signing on the dotted line.At this time I would not recommend doing business here, I am highly disappointed and my next call will be to the general manager. More
