Jeff was very professional, and respectful, answered our questions, and did not try to pressure us to buy. He was great to work with and I would send someone who is looking for a BMW to Jeff. I came to this dealership because a stranger told me to come to Gephardt BMW. I was looking at her BMW X5 telling her how much I liked it and I wanted to buy one for my wife. She told me to come here that everyone would treat me with respect. Your parts department is very good also and very helpful. We also want to thank Shane Wyttree he went over a lot of the features with my wife. He was very patient and answered all my wife's questions. More
