Superb Sales Experience w/ Dave Anderson I had been looking for a new used car for quite a while when I stumbled on the Mazda CX3 on sale at Honda Windward. I made an appointment and arrive I had been looking for a new used car for quite a while when I stumbled on the Mazda CX3 on sale at Honda Windward. I made an appointment and arrived at the dealership. The person usually handling online inquiries was not available so I was assigned Dave Anderson. I could not believe my good fortune. Dave was kind, patient, and very understanding about my concerns. Since I was alone, I was very unsure about what to look for and what to ask for, but Dave helped me through the whole experience. He devoted his entire day to helping me feel confident and sure about my purchase. I honestly didn’t think car sales people like Dave existed. I am so very happy to report that he is the real deal! I also would like to mention his follow through. There is that age old belief that once the sale is finalized, the sales department can’t remember your name. Not so with Dave. He followed up with me several weeks after the sale to touch up some tiny dings on the car that bothered me. I had to ask myself, “Who does that?!” Thank you so much, Dave, for my car! I hope this car lasts as long as my last car did and when it’s time for a new car, I’ll be back to see you again. More
