Tried to give these people the benefit of the doubt. 7/10 - I inquire about a Used truck, proceed to going to the store to view the truck. I get there I tell them I would like to test drive it and go 7/10 - I inquire about a Used truck, proceed to going to the store to view the truck. I get there I tell them I would like to test drive it and go from there with my decision. They attempt to upsell me on a brand new Chevy 24, $15,000 more than the truck I told them I wanted to view. After 30 min we go to the pre own section, then all of the sudden nobody knows where the truck is and it’s out on loaner. Pre owned manager says he could have it back early Friday AM at the earliest, so obviously very frustrated we just waited 45 min of time for nothing- Then they continue to appraise my vehicle and low ball the xxxx out of my trade. (after I already received an email to come to the store because they would like to give me more than what was quoted online) Nice bait and switch. I call back Friday and they say it will be in today, nobody calls me back or returns my calls multiple times. Finally someone calls back and says it will be in on Saturday around 3-4pm. I received an email on Saturday at 4:40PM stating that the truck is there. I call just to double check and the sales guy says that’s not true and doesn’t know why anyone would say that. Oh btw. When I went to view the truck on 7/10 it was $41,000 and miraculously with myself calling a few times to inquire the price was jacked by $5,000!!!!!! I signed up for price watch on the vehicle through their website and it had been dropping in the recent weeks. Will post photos below. Overall one of the poorest experiences I have ever had in my life at a dealership. Just wanted to potentially buy a truck from this dealership. Ended up buying this truck and it has been nothing but xxxx ever since. More

WORST DEALERSHIP EVER! DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!! THEY SCREW PPL OVER!!! DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE. I traded my 07 dodge for a newer vehicle They put me in a small suv when they lied on the application and put my boyfriend as my spouse to get the income up but yet the income didn’t add up. My payment was $500 since it was just myself on the car. They then told me I had to go through a different lender when they wanted to make my payment $200 more so $700 total which I was not paying for when I’m a single mom of 3 and currently paying for school. They then told me my only option was to get another car I told them I would just take my dodge back but yet they lied and said they didn’t have it within the 1 week it’s been. So they put me in a Toyota corella once I left they wanted the deed to my house which I was not giving up since my house has nothing to do with a car loan. They then wanted to threaten me and say if I didn’t give them my deed they would come repo the car but yet come to found out they sent me in a lemon of a car both back tires had no tread both were bold and one of the tires had a crack in the metal rod and that tire had the wire sticking out so I could have had a blow out in anytime and I drove off in it with my kids with me!!!! Then they want to come repo the car while I’m at work!!!! Would not recommend them at all!!! More

Started 10/08/22, My husband had done a credit app online and was immediately connected with David Stanley Chevrolet. We were told we were pre-approved. We didn't have a vehicle to get there so alot o online and was immediately connected with David Stanley Chevrolet. We were told we were pre-approved. We didn't have a vehicle to get there so alot of promises were made to entice us to work harder at getting a ride. "We will reimburse for an Uber, or gas for a friend that can get you in here"! My mgr will even write you a check for $7k for down or Cashback or whatever! So a couple days for by, texts are and calls are daily!. Finally I ask "How sure are you about me getting in a vehicle, if I get a ride there? "Aaron S. (A mgr) "I know you will be going home in a vehicle today", he stated! So I pay a taxi from Shawnee to OKC! I was even told by Autumn, "This is pretty much a done deal"! "My mgr is still cutting checks for $5k, so get on down here and let's strike a deal"! She also stated if I could get there they would get me in a vehicle! Well I got there YET NOBODY that I had dealt with was there! I even called to make sure my arrival at 8 pm would be enough time to get the deal done! Autumn said that's plenty of time! I arrive and in the door about 10 minutes then. I'm informed they can't help me They HAVE LIED about everything! They refuse to reimburse him for ride now will they help him get home! So from approx 845pm to 1030 STRANDED in OKC! 10/13/22 App 830am Aaron S. Called Tim and offered him $60 for reimbursement for taxi IF HE WOULD TAKE THE REVIEW DOWN! Tim told him he would IF HE PAID him back for the $76 Taxi! Aaron had a few loose ends to tie up and a game of golf today than he would get back with him around Noon! Now IT'S 3:55PM AND YET STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANYTHING BUT. Text saying he would get with Tim soon, @ 230PM! WE REALIZE NOT EVERYONE CAN GET FINANCED! BUT LYING TO GET CUSTOMERS IN, IS NOT GOOD BUSINESS!! 4:55PM rec'd text Aaron will call tomorrow! More
