Today I closed on the lease of a new vehicle with him, and I am very glad I did. Knowledgeable, responsive, credible, and a pleasure to work with. As someone who has spent a career in sales, it is refreshing to engage with an individual who raises the bar in delivering an outstanding customer experience from start to finish. Both he and Tom Bowman are grounded, good people - and I am thrilled they earned my business. For the past 15 years, we bought Acuras from Tempe Acura (only vehicles we own). We were extremely happy with the service but it's just too far away. So far, we have been pleasantly surprised with the servi (only vehicles we own). We were extremely happy with the service but it's just too far away. So far, we have been pleasantly surprised with the service we have gotten from Peoria Acura. In fact, they've gone above and beyond with getting a setup in our new car. We didn't expect the service to surpass what we had in the past. We are extremely pleased. We'll be bringing all of our vehicles to Peoria Acura for service. More
