Almost immediately I had an email in my box from Aaron introducing himself. Thankfully he was very patience and kept in contact (but not pushy!) about my interest in the car. When I was finally ready to talk, he met me where I needed to be met, which was primarily email and text communication. I was able to detail what I was looking for, discuss my trade in, get a video and link to the exact car, go through the financing qualification, and finalizing the car purchase all via email. This was by far, hands down, the best car buying experience I've ever had! I would be remiss if I didn't give a shout-out to Paul Brown (Internet Manager) who not only assisted me while Aaron was wrapping up with a customer, but who is also the male version of myself. Overall- great team at this location and will be recommending them to everyone! More
