Overall, I was pleased with my salesperson and the service I received; however, I encountered an issue with the vehicle that was disappointing. I purchased the vehicle sight unseen and specifically service I received; however, I encountered an issue with the vehicle that was disappointing. I purchased the vehicle sight unseen and specifically asked the salesperson if it had been smoked in. I was assured that it had not. Unfortunately, upon delivery, it was immediately apparent that the vehicle had been smoked in. While I admit I am quite particular on this matter, the discrepancy between my expectations and the vehicle’s condition was disappointing. Perhaps my smeller and his smeller don't work the same. While I genuinely appreciate the effort put into the overall transaction, I believe this aspect could have been handled with greater transparency. I would recommend more thorough checks or verifications to ensure accurate representations of vehicle conditions for future customers. More

I started using app cargurus and selected the Ram 2500 not realizing it was in Tulsa at Patriot auto. Early the next day received a phone call from Aaron and he proceeded to explain details about the veh not realizing it was in Tulsa at Patriot auto. Poor communication. I purchased a car and had it shipped to me and it had issues that were not brought to my attention. I didn't find out until I received the car. Then I purchased a car and had it shipped to me and it had issues that were not brought to my attention. I didn't find out until I received the car. Then when I asked about the issues and how they were going to make it right one issue they told me to bring it to the chevy dealer and it should be covered under warranty and I never heard back from them about the other issues. These issues with the car should have been brought to my attention or repaired before it was shipped. More
