I started using app cargurus and selected the Ram 2500 not realizing it was in Tulsa at Patriot auto. Early the next day received a phone call from Aaron and he proceeded to explain details about the veh not realizing it was in Tulsa at Patriot auto. Was promised the books for the truck and an original copy of the window sticker. Purchased early June and now it is August 21 and books or sticker not delivered. Poor communication. I purchased a car and had it shipped to me and it had issues that were not brought to my attention. I didn't find out until I received the car. Then I purchased a car and had it shipped to me and it had issues that were not brought to my attention. I didn't find out until I received the car. Then when I asked about the issues and how they were going to make it right one issue they told me to bring it to the chevy dealer and it should be covered under warranty and I never heard back from them about the other issues. These issues with the car should have been brought to my attention or repaired before it was shipped. More
