As long time customer, I bought a second dream car at a Walser dealership. Unfortunately this car had major unseen issues not on the car fax. I was devastated. Thought I had bought a lemon. General Manager Arron Rekkedahl heard my concerns and personally took quick action to work with me and in handled those major issues. Mr. Rekkedahl got me and my car back on the road. This meat alot to me. Having good judgement of caritor, I could tell he REALLY valued me as a customer. Mr. Rekkedahl made things right for me. Mr. Rekkedahl stands out, as to what great customer service looks like. And set a great example for those under his leadership. I recommend anyone see how wonderful the service is at Walser Polar in White Bear Lake. They want to work with all people. More
